Our Mission

Our mission is to eradicate Ewing sarcoma.

We remain vigilant to the needs of suffering adolescents and their families. We provide university scholarships for students who have battled, or continue to battle, the disease. We fund promising Ewing’s research. Our commitment is to empower young cancer survivors and warriors in varying stages of their journeys through inspiration, education and eradication.

It all started with prayer.

After Anna was diagnosed with Ewing’s in November 2009, many of us found ourselves searching something to do or some way to help. Initially, we found that the best thing we could do for Anna was to pray for her.

With that in mind, the idea for 1 Million 4 Anna was born. Integrated fully into social media, Anna’s friends pledged, shared, posted pictures, tweeted, and ultimately said over a million prayers on Anna’s behalf. During Anna’s life, 1 Million 4 Anna was a source of inspiration, hope, and love that strengthened her resolve and brought her friends closer together.

TODAY

We establish “Anna’s Closets” in children’s hospitals across the USA, providing gifts for teens fighting any cancer. We also support warriors and their families with “stay strong”/spirit-lifting packages and monetary assistance.

TOMORROW

We offer college scholarships to those who have battled or continue to battle Ewing sarcoma.

UNTIL IT’S GONE

We strive to identify and support the most promising research surrounding Ewing sarcoma. With the help of our Medical Advisory Board, who have dedicated their brilliant minds and professional lives to the pediatric cancer world, we vow to contribute financially, physically, and mentally to the study of this disease until we find the way to beat it.

Today. Tomorrow. Until it’s gone.
